What is Starting Out Strong?
Starting Out Strong is an Alameda County Family Support System of Care. We partner with families for healthy babies and communities. Our professional staff offer individual care and support to pregnant and parenting families.
We also host online groups and classes as positive learning and healing spaces for the community. Women and men can participate in classes on pregnancy and childbirth, health and mental wellness, healthy relationships, and parenting including fatherhood. Check us out!
